Eligibility
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the Platform.
Account Registration

Dealer Registration
Dealers must submit valid business documentation and are subject to verification by CarArth before listing vehicles.

Intermediary Role

- check_circleCarArth makes no warranty on vehicle condition or accuracy of listings
Section 04
User Responsibilities
Acceptable Use

- check_circleNo spam, harassment, or abusive behaviour
- check_circleNo unauthorized data scraping or automated access
- check_circleNo activity that violates applicable law
Seller Responsibilities

- check_circleDisclose known defects and service history
- check_circleHave lawful authority to list and sell the vehicle
Buyer Responsibilities

- check_circleInspect vehicles in person before completing any transaction

Fees and Payments
Certain features or services may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you are charged. CarArth reserves the right to modify its fee structure with reasonable notice.
Section 06
Intellectual Property
- check_circleAll platform content, design, code, and branding are owned by CarArth or its licensors
- check_circleBy posting content, you grant CarArth a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Platform
- check_circleUnauthorized copying, scraping, or reproduction of Platform content is strictly prohibited

Disclaimers and Liability
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. CarArth makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding platform availability, accuracy of listings, or outcomes of any vehicle transaction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarArth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Section 08
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration under Indian law. The seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
